The Lenox boys basketball team’s week was nearly identical to the ladies as the boys lost their first two road games of the week before returning home to get a much needed victory. Tuesday the Tigers traveled to Mount Ayr and fell to the Raiders 76-26. Mount Ayr scored an unheard of 33 points in the first quarter of play, and that set the stage for the remainder of the game.

Thursday the Tigers took on the Earlham Cardinals and fell 46-85 in non-conference play. Keaton England got things going from his shooting guard position leading the Tigers in points with twelve. England shot 4-5 from beyond the arc, grabbed three boards, and dished out three dimes. Colton Vieux was right behind the freshman England with twelve points, Rex Hoffman had eight and good minutes for the Tiger attack, Samson Adams added six points and eleven rebounds, Senior JC Arevalo had a pair of buckets and three boards, and Coleman Dukes finished off the scoring with a basket.
Friday the Lenox guys returned home and ended their four game skid taking down Pride of Iowa conference
