City Council compiles list of dilapidated house/ nuisance properties

     The Bedford City Council held a special meeting on March 16 to discuss dilapidated houses and nuisance properties.
     The council held a lengthy discussion on dilapidated houses and nuisance properties around town. They came up with a list of 17 dilapidated houses and 15 nuisance properties.
