Lady Dogs Travel to First Two Softball Games

     The Lady Dogs traveled to Clarinda for their first game of the season Monday night. This year’s team consists of 11 girls and two new coaches. Leading the team are two juniors, Emily Baker and Destry Bassinger since no seniors participated this year. The sophomores take up most of the team with seven girls: Jadyn Bucher, Lexi Gray, Bridgett Murphy, Breanna Simmons, Jaynee Snethen, Emma Teeters, and Abigail Verwers. Two upcoming freshman, Eliza Johnson and Alexis Perkins, have also joined the team to help grow numbers.
