     Taylor County parents may start signing up their 12 and under children for the Caring Tree, now until December 8th at the Taylor County Neighborhood Center (across from Casey’s) in Bedford. Parents must know the correct clothing sizes of the child at time of sign-up.
     The first set of tags will go on the Christmas Tree in the courtyard Thanksgiving weekend for the public to make their choices. Gifts need to come in as soon as possible for grouping and must be in the center by December 11th.
